If you’re not familiar with me and my work, I’m a writer, author, poet, yoga & embodiment educator, mom and wife (among many other labels life gives me.) I teach mostly 1:1 and small group classes from my hOMe studio in the middle of the woods in SE Ohio. Soon I’ll be offering online and distance embodied journaling sessions to help people write their stories from a deep, grounded space.
Writing and journaling has always been part of my life and it’s helped me heal in so many ways. Adding embodiment tools to the journaling process is icing on the cake and I’m excited to share these beautiful practices with others.
