I am so thankful for my years of intensive yoga teaching, learning about the body, the secrets she holds and the ways she refuses to be ignored.
I’m also thankful for all of the years I spent (and will continue to spend) writing, and this marriage of the two I now carry in my being.
In the process of a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Training, I see so much overlap in all of the practices I’ve learned. Mindfulness without the body is a disconnect. These are practices I’ll spend the rest of my days absorbing, and helping others do the same!
