HOW: Set a timer for five minutes. Write without stopping. At the end of the time, stop writing, even if mid-sentence.
WHAT: Five Prompts:
- Who am I?
- Why am I here?
- What do I want?
- A.M.: Ask. What is my highest intention today and what does that look like?
- P.M.: Thank. What moments were most beautiful today?
